Message: 5 Star Night Staff. The night staff are fast and efficient with good customer service. Always making sure my entire order including all the customizations are correct.. 1 Star Day Staff. The day staff are lacking in customer service. Came off kinda judgmental as half my ordered was forgotten about. Definitely a unpleasant experience.

Message: Order was wrong and the crepes are thin pancakes not actually crepes. My husband's order was also wrong. Seated quick but actually getting service took about 10-15 min. I feel like we got very little food for the price.

Message: Not bad. Just IHOP. All new staff. That's happened a few times over the years. They still can't cook an over medium egg, decades later, and not once have they been able to heat the smokehouse sausage all the way through. One extra minute in the microwave would not only defrost it but make it warm enough to fool me into thinking it was actually cooked in the griddle. They just don't get it and they have finally taught me to expect the cold spot in the middle. Overall though, compared to all the hippy dippy breakfast joints springing up all over the place, you can count on getting a decent, normal breakfast, in generous portion at a decent price.

Message: Our server- from NC and this was his first night- was great. Very patient and kind to a large group of teens/young adults. He seemed to be the only server who was working and was very busy! We waited at the front for almost 5 minutes. I watched employees walk by talking to each other and other customers. One woman came around the corner and started to clean a table, looked up, saw us, kept cleaning, then came to seat us.. Not even saying hello and seemed frustrated when she say it's at a table and I reminder her we needed a booth. Our food wasn't great- quesadilla had very little chicken.. One entire quarter was nothing but cheese. The omelette was totally flat and had only a few pieces of onion and bacon. The chicken strips were okay.. Just not really hot. The blueberry pancakes looked like sauce had been poured on top and sat until the rest of the food was prepared. Not what we're used to at our hometown IHOP.
