The Original Wineburger

Message: The food was delicious, and the waitstaff very friendly. It was our first visit, but it seemed to be a real neighborhood spot.

Message: I really wanted to love this place but it just wasn't that good. Given the option of eating local, I'll do it every time. The atmosphere isn't anything special and the neither was the food. With all of the great restaurants in Uptown, this isn't near the top of my list. I can see the appeal if this becomes your "spot". It seems like a place where it's got regulars. Makes me think of Bob's Burgers.

Message: First time I ever had a wine burger. The burger was really good, perfectly textured, soft bun, with a nice egg wash. None of the ingredients we're over-powering.. And the service and atmosphere was VERY friendly! These guys really know how to run a burger joint stop by and try it for yourself.

Message: This is the best burger in Phoenix, hands down. This hard to notice place in the Melrose District is worth seeking out.. great beer selection, reasonable prices, and amazing service too! The people who run this place are friendly, courteous, and they really care about the food and restaurant! Pass up those chain establishments down the way and eat local.

Message: Burgers are fantastic. It is a "joint, " but maybe some metal silverware would work better for a big burger and sides instead of the flimsiest plastic available. Food's good, no ambiance, and there are no of the service touches that make this a comfortable restaurant.

Message: Fun friendly staff along with a dive bar type deal but well organized clean feeling place. I got a burger here which was good but not mind-blowing. I think the owners we're sitting at the bar greeting everyone as they came in and walked out. In my opinion it kind of threw me off that the owner, which mind you was in regular everyday clothes and sitting behind the bar, was bringing food and drinks to people's table. I'm not sure how others felt about that but for myself you wouldn't know if you didn't go there on a regular basis who that person was that was randomly bringing you your food or drinks. Again my opinion. Other than that it was a cute quiet little place which I recommend at least trying once and spreading the good word!

Message: Great little burger place in the heart of central Phoenix. Fantastic food, good sized portions, focused menu on Burgers, Wings, and Appetizers.

Message: The new location of The Original Wineburger. Burger/Beer sports bar feel. Fun and chill staff. Enjoyed the original Wineburger with green chili.
