Message: Fries are always cold. Have to wait on staff because they are always busy doing orders, they see you but don't acknowledge you. Always have to wipe table before sitting.

Message: Everything was as expected. God food, good service, and a little more. First, I've never (until now) seen a Carl's Jr. with their own play place for the kids, and this looked fun enough that the child inside me was a little jealous. I was s tad surprised when I went to use the lavatory, not that they were locked, but how they were locked. Sure, I must be a paying customer, but to get my child to the toilet before they wet themselves is going to be hard when o need a key CODE or remote.
